Which training sessions are right for me?
To get the most out of your training sessions, it is important to understand what level and ability you are. Understanding your accurate level makes things easier for our coaches, other players and helps you progress faster.
We've put together a guide to help you recognise your current level and choose a training session that is right for you.

private training and classes
We can tailor a session for you, such as 1-1, or a group for individuals, schools, universities, or corporations. This would be arranged at an off-peak time.
What should I bring to training?Welsh weather loves to surprise! Pack for all conditions including: SPF, sunglasses, warm layers and rain protection.
We recommend avoiding white or light clothing because although our sand is great for jumping, it can sometimes stain. We usually play barefoot, in the colder months it useful to bring sand socks. Please bring a refillable water bottle and snacks to stay fuelled. Most importantly, bring your positive spirit! While our sessions are designed to push your abilities, we're here for fun and kindness. Always show our coaches and other players with respect. If you need anything, our team is ready to help! |
