What to be expected in each session
Open junior's: this session is suitable for anyone aged 8 to 16 who would like to try a new sport of get better at playing volleyball regardless of their levels of skill. There will be plenty of work on coordination, speed, agility and learning the basics. creating a fun and friendly environment where everyone can learn and enjoy is the main aim of the coach.
Adults' beginner: In this session everyone is welcome but the ones who were brave enough to step in and learn a new sport are in the spotlight. Great atmosphere and facility in the beach center allow new commers to get sand between their toes and enjoy playing a unique sport while getting all benefits of exercising and being outdoors. Expect a good dynamic warm up from the coach that has been used by best in the sport to prepare the body, A lot of positive vibes kind of Yellings/ encouragements and a good fun
Adult advanced: this one is for you that have been playing volleyball, especially beach and looking to improve certain skill or looking to level up your game. Warm up from coach is not going to take long unless you demand it and will get into the aim of the session without wasting the precious time. Expect some boring basic stuff, some intense game scenario plays and lots of repetitions. You know the drill
Junior’s fitness: Like how it sounds this session is dedicated to improve the strength, speed and power of the participants. Our coach is a qualified strength and conditioning who has been working with Welsh cricket team, Cardiff city football club and Germans national volleyball players. Expect technical cues and individualized programs for your kid.
Adults' fitness: This session is run by a strength and conditioning coach that will aim to help you increase your physical capacity weather its aerobic, strength or both. Expect improvements in overall fitness and a lot of High intensity intervals, mobility and movement-based exercises.
Court ladder: inspired by Spanish and Brazilian this event is for whoever's up for playing some competitive yet fun games to start the weekend strong. The game is played in 3 to 4 different courts and in each court, where there will be a battle for promoting to the top court, mind you in this game you'll switch partners after every set so being a good partner helps you win more games. one with most wins goes home with a prize
Private sessions: for hiring a coach to help with either the very specific skill in sport or general fitness and game play.

Classes will run continually with payments taken in blocks of 6 weeks in advance. £8 per session for non members £7 per session for members. One taster session allowed with prior notice.
Members may continue playing after the session subject to court availability.
