Terms and conditions
Club house set up and break down time 30 minutes before and after agreed hire time.
The club house will be cleaned prior to your arrival and you will be expected to clear away your belongings and rubbish leaving the premises in a reasonable condition before leaving.
Any excessive post cleaning will incur a surcharge relative to the work required.
The Volleyball club will be operational at the same time as your party and members of the club will be playing on the courts. The members will be using the changing room and sharing the toilet inside the changing rooms and shower rooms. They will not be entering the club house although on some occasions they may require access and will be courteous to your party if they enter.
The first aid box is located in the changing room at the top of the lockers to the left as entering the room and is clearly labeled.
Cardiff Beach Volleyball Club will not be held responsible for the safety of guests or their belongings. The guests will be expected not to do anything that may harm them and young children be supervised.
Guests must not interfere with the players on any other courts and adults must make sure the children are not running into other courts where people are playing.
The total number of guests must not exceed 50 including children.
Cancellation policy:
If party needs to cancel..
No refunds will be given for cancellation.
Another suitable day can be arranged within a 12 month period.
If Cardiff Beach Volleyball needs to cancel..
Another suitable day can be arranged or a full refund. This will be the full extent of our liabilities.
Payment must be made direct into the Club Bank Account to secure the booking.
Please notify us when the payment is made.
