Our coaching team will be running regular 'Taster Sessions' but you will need to book yourself in.
The main skills are:

- Passing or digging.
- Volleying or setting (over head pass with open hands).
- Serving (under or over arm, jump serving).
- Spiking or attacking (including pokey, cut/drop and rainbow shots.
- Movement and jumping on sand.
